Please note that I don't let teams die or owners become inactive. I will make sure all lineups have guys who are playing (no IR or BYE). This may occur after kick off if I've missed a team. I always put the highest projected player from the bench into the starting lineup. I do NOT pick up or drop players for an inactive team. If there's nobody that can replace a BYE week player, then it is what it is. I will try hard to call the person to get them to become active. I write this because I run 20 leagues, and I can tell you that this league is competitive so this won't be an issue, since we pay out weekly winners.

PAYOUTS

Majority Approval

All league members will be given an opportunity to vote on the commissioner's assigned end-of-season winnings. Funds will be distributed to league winners in accordance with the commissioner's assigned payouts unless a majority of league members vote against the allocation.
