20-man dynasty roster
5-player rookie taxi squad
5 IR slots
20-round veteran draft followed by a 5-round rookie draft; both slow drafts with 24-hour clock
8 starters; 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 3 Flex (RB/WR/TE) and 12-man bench
Non-PPR scoring; all TDs are 6 points, 1 point/25 yards passing, 1 point/10 years rushing or receiving

PAYOUTS

Majority Approval

All league members will be given an opportunity to vote on the commissioner's assigned end-of-season winnings. Funds will be distributed to league winners in accordance with the commissioner's assigned payouts unless a majority of league members vote against the allocation.
