1. Introduction Welcome to the Nakatomi Plaza Fantasy Football League. This charter outlines the structure, rules, and guidelines for our league to ensure fairness, competitive balance, and enjoyment for all members. Our league operates on the League Tycoon platform, which supports complex features like salary caps and player contracts.

2. League Members Our league consists of dedicated members committed to active participation throughout the season. As the sole Commissioner, my role is to manage the league impartially, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and disputes are resolved fairly.

3. League Structure Type: Dynasty Auction League Scoring Format: Detailed in Section 6 Roster: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1FLEX, 1DST, 1KICKER, 7 Bench, 7 Practice Squad, 1IR Salary Cap: $10,000 with a reserved cap of $2,000 and a maximum cap rollover of $500.

4. Draft Type: Standard Auction Draft with 30 seconds for nominations and initial bids, and a 10-second bid reset time. A separate rookie draft features a 90-second selection time. Contracts: Teams may offer two 4-year contracts, three 3-year contracts, two more 4-year contracts, one 5-year contract, one contract extension (max 3 years), and one franchise tag. Rookie Draft: Begins in the second year, with a weighted lottery system for draft order.

5. Season Setup Playoffs: Weeks 15, 16, and 17, involving the top 6 teams. No divisions are used. Trade Deadline: Week 9, with trades including cap space allowed.

6. Scoring System Detailed scoring for passing, rushing, receiving, defense/special teams, player miscellanea, and kicking activities are outlined to ensure clarity and competitive balance.

7. Waivers and Trades Waivers: FAAB bidding system, with waivers opening on Wednesday and a $1 minimum bid. Trades: Commissioner-approved with a 1-day review period but expedited as possible.

8. Prizes and Payouts Entry Fee: $20 ($10 entry + $10 activation charge on the League Tycoon app). Prizes: To be determined based on league consensus.

9. League Communication Communication is vital to our league's success. We will use the chat feature in the League Tycoon app for all league-related discussions. Members are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and active participation within the chat to ensure a positive environment for everyone.

10. Amendments and Rule Changes The league remains dynamic, with the possibility of rule changes to improve the experience. Any member can propose changes by initiating a poll within the League Tycoon app. A simple majority is required for any rule change or amendment to pass.
