Roster Size: There will be 21 roster slots, plus 4 IR slots and 4 taxi squad slots.

Roster Cutdown: Each team must cut-down from 21 to 18 players by April 30th in each year after the first season. The 18 INCLUDES your kicker and defense, which needs to be kept on the roster in the off season.

Draft: The startup draft will be 25 rounds. Rosters will cut down from 25 to 21 on the Sunday night before Week 1 at 11:59pm. The 21 is active roster slots, and does not include the 4 IR slots or Taxi Squad.

Draft: In Superflex startup drafts, there is a limit of 3 QBs per team. This is for the startup draft ONLY. Afterwards, there will be no limit to how many QBs are on your roster at any time.

Rookie: The Rookie will begin sometime in May or June after the NFL draft. Free agency will be frozen at the conclusion of the regular season until the renewal of the league, which then players will go on waivers. The rookie draft will NOT be a snake draft. It will be a fixed draft, meaning that the player with the 1st pick will pick 1st in every round. The player with the 2nd pick will pick 2nd in every round, and so on.

The rookie draft will be 4 rounds every season, which will put your team above 21 players for the time being. You’ll then do a final roster cutdown to 21 players before the season begins. That cutdown will take place annually on the Sunday night before Week 1 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

If there is a failure to cut rosters down by either April 30 or the Week 1 deadlines, team is subject to the commissioner cutting your roster down himself. The players cut will be determined by the lowest roster percentage.

Weekly scoring: Every team will have one head to head matchup every week.

Draft Pick Trading: Trading of draft picks is allowed for the current AND following year’s picks. Trading a future pick requires a payment of the entry fee for that season. i.e. Trading a 2027 pick means paying for 2027. Trading a 2028 pick requires paying all seasons through the 2028 season.

FAAB Trading is NOT permitted.

League Playoffs (Week 15-17): Top 6 teams make the playoffs, with the top 2 getting a bye through Week 15. Semi-finals will be Week 16. The championship will be Week 17. We will not play in Week 18. Points scored serves as any tiebreaker. If a second tiebreaker is needed, it will come down to head-to-head record. Players eliminated in the semi-finals will compete for 3rd place.

Draft order: Draft picks 1-6 will be determined by the lowest “Max PF” of the six non-playoff teams. The lowest Max PF will get the <#1> pick, and the highest PF will get the <#6> pick.

Picks 7-12 will be determined through the championship bracket, with the league champion receiving the 12th pick in the draft, the runner-up receiving the 11th pick, and so on. Those eliminated in the same round of the bracket will play each other in the next week to determine their draft slot, with the winner getting the better draft slot.

Standing Tiebreakers: If two or more teams have the same record, the first tiebreaker will be max of. The second tiebreaker will be head-to-head record.

Matchup Tiebreakers: If a regular season matchup score is tied. Each team will receive a tie.

Waivers/Free Agency: Free agency is FAAB format. Each team is awarded $500 every season. Minimum bid is $0. Waivers will run at 11:59pm pacific time on Wednesday nights and Saturday nights. All players, including kickers and defenses, will need to be bid on. The first waiver period of the regular season will be on the Wednesday night before the first game of the season.

At 11:59pm on Saturday through game time on Sunday (or Monday), all players whose teams have not played that week will be free agents until their game times, and can be picked up on a first come, first serve basis. Once a player’s game has started, he is locked from being picked up. At NO other time are free agent (non-waiver) pickups permitted.

Trades: All trades are commissioner review, and the commissioner reserves the right to reverse any trade that is deemed inconsistent with league competition and fair-play standards. This veto will only be invoked in EXTREME cases where it is obvious that collusion is involved, and that one owner is trying to give another owner an unfair advantage. Roster moves will only be reversed if it is believed that a team is dumping. If collusion is suspected by the commissioner OR by league members, they are welcome to question the trade. But trades will not be vetoed simply because it is thought that an owner made a “bad decision”.

All trades will be pushed through by the commissioner before game time unless BOTH owners agree and ask to not have the trade pushed through. If one owner wants it pushed through but the other does not, the trade still gets pushed through. Please disregard Sleeper on the date they give for their trade approval. If trading future picks payment for the year being traded will be required before approval.

Trade Deadline: Trade deadline will be the end of Week 14. Trading will re-open once Sleeper re-opens the following season.

Best Interest Clause: Should circumstances, issues, or problems arise for which a remedy is not stated in the above rules, the Commissioner reserves the right to take whatever actions he deems necessary in the best interest of the league. He may consult with some or all other people and/or possibly take a vote.

League Entry Fee: $50

Payouts: 1st place: $400, 2nd place: $150, 3rd Place: $50

Annual dues: In a dynasty league, owners participate in off-season transactions, such as player trades, draft pick trades, NFL draft, etc. Therefore, I will be collecting dues for the next season in the middle of February. This has to be done to ensure that a player participates in all off-season transactions, such as the first cutdown, the rookie, and final cutdown.

If league payment isn’t made by the date the commissioner sets, your team will be considered vacated.
